Synthetic Ice Training!!

Come train with us on the brand new synthetic ice rink installed at the Fessenden School Ice Hockey Rink!

We pride ourselves on a LOW coach to player ratio!

Our goal is to utilize our facility to train players AND goalies to become better on the natural ice. We will work on Skating and Hockey drills designed to get our players out of their comfort zone.

Players:
We break down skating, shooting and stick handling, so each player has a full understanding of how to execute each of these skills during games!

Goalies:
We employ the Goalie Academy Isolation and Progression Method of training, which is a series of drills that first isolates a specific save skill technique, practices it, then progresses into another skill and then another and finally puts all the skills to work together as a goalie normally would in a game situation. After some time is spent working, the goalies will then be evaluated to work on weaknesses in their technique that are specific to them and we will focus on improving those 3 or 4 techniques during the session.
